Processing time for shipments of our products

All orders placed before 8:00 PM (GMT+01:00) are processed within 1 business day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow extra days for transit during delivery.

In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

There are no shipping costs. The price includes taxes and customs fees.

Delivery times are 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination country.

Delivery is FREE for all orders placed on our website .

Order shipment confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active in the following days.

Customs, duties and taxes

No customs fees are expected for your orders. In rare cases, some countries may apply taxes: it is then the customer’s responsibility to inquire and make the necessary arrangements.
